Biography for Darrin Stumpf

 

I was born in Edmonds and grew up in East Wenatchee. I moved to Seattle in 1990 and met my wife at Lollapalooza in 1994. We married in 1996 and now live in the Seattle area with our four daughters.
I absolutely love Seattle and have had the pleasure of living in many of its neighborhoods: Wedgewood, the U District, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, Queen Anne, Sunset Hill, Crown Hill and West Seattle. My personal experiences living in each of these areas has been instrumental to my career in real estate. I can understand and relate to buyers and sellers on a personal level because I have lived in their neighborhood.
As a husband and father I also understand the needs of my clients who have children. I personally understand the value of a great school district, a nice yard and safe streets. I have done a great deal of homework for my own family and I am happy to share what I’ve learned with my clients.
What I enjoy most in life is my family. Together we like to spend weekends at our cabin in Union. We also like to travel; especially impromptu road trips to places like Glacier National Park and Yellowstone. I value opportunities to be of service to my community and my girls are passionate about helping animals One of our favorite volunteer projects has been fostering cats and kittens for over 8 years through Mason County Kitten Rescue.
Buying or selling a home is a very personal endeavor and I want you to know that I care about each of my clients and will treat you like family. I have formed lasting friendships with many of my clients which I value more than any individual transaction. I truly appreciate the trust my clients have in me.
I have been a full time Realtor since January 2002. I have been a top producing Realtor ever since.
One of my proudest achievements has been being a 18 Year Winner of the "Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents” award. Less than 10 agents in Washington have achieved this and I have been awarded this honor every year since its inception!
