To date I have bought five homes and sold four each one for different reasons including divorce and relocation. Each experience was different and came with its own stress and uncertainty, so I know how it feels to be on your side of the fence.
I became a real estate agent because I am passionate about real estate and wanted to offer my clients a better experience. I have processes that take the uncertainty out of purchasing and selling a home. I constantly communicate with you, keeping you informed of where we are in the process and what to expect during each phase.
I start with an initial consultation where we discuss your specific situation. Your reason for buying or selling, your needs, your goals, your timelines, your budget. Yes, this process is about you. If we discover during our discussion that you are not quite ready, that’s Ok we can still discuss next steps. I’ll stay in touch and when you are ready, we can move forward.
