Dawn Mollichella, was born and raised in Delaware County and has been a West Chester resident for 16 years. She uses her knowledge of the Delaware Valley and her passion for her work and her clients to successfully assist buyers in finding their perfect homes and getting sellers top dollar for their homes.
“As the real estate market changes, I believe it’s crucial to stay active and educated on market trends to help my clients navigate what has been some challenging times in real estate.” To that end, Dawn has obtained her Accredited Buyer’s Representative certification (ABR) and her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR). She is 100% committed to her clients and finds true joy in seeing them to the end of their successful transaction and the beginning of the happy next chapter in their new home.
Dawn is strongly connected to the local dog rescue community. She supports Delco Dawgs regularly through sharing a portion of every commission with them and organizes collections for necessities. Her 4-legged family members were connected to her from Delco Dawgs, so they hold a very special place in her heart.
Dawn is dedicated to excellent customer service, and is an experienced negotiator, and it shows in her glowing client testimonials as well as her production. Prior to entering real estate, she was a banquet manager for 15 years. The combination of that experience, and her attention to detail has resulted in success for the dozens of clients she has served.
When she’s not serving her clients, Dawn enjoys working out, drag racing with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
