Julie Fielder brings sixteen years of diverse real estate experience to her brand of client advocacy. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of San Francisco, Julie was drawn to the real estate industry. She spent thirteen years in the Relocation Management Industry helping Fortune 500 companies relocate their corporate executives domestically and internationally. Julie managed the sale of transfering employees residences for corporations, from listing to contract negotiation and closing. A short list of clients served includes IBM, Intel, Hewlett-Packard and Toyota.  Exposure to markets stretching from Alaska to Colorado cultivated creative marketing strategies and razor sharp negotiating skills. 

Relocating to the Sacramento Region provided the perfect opportunity for Julie to invest her corporate real estate knowledge and experience as a real estate agent for individual clients. Responsive communication and advocacy are paramount to all her business associations . Her relationship with her clients extends beyond the single transaction to that of real estate advisor. Employing effective marketing strategies that include cutting edge technology, staging, professional photography and virtual tours make up some of the tools that she utilizes.
