A lifelong resident of Delaware, Lisa's expertise and experience of nearly 30 years in the real estate market of Delaware’s Southern New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties is extensive. As a Top Producer throughout her career, clients can be assured that she understands how to successfully navigate through the state and local Real Estate rules and regulations. She can identify and assist in procuring any necessary vendors and services while simultaneously providing knowledge, advice, and negotiating skills to help the process go smoothly.
Her primary goal is to assist her clients and customers in making the decisions that are best for them. Lisa holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) certifications.
