About Schell & Sivils
Cindy and Titia are both native Texans who have been involved in the Real Estate world all of their adult lives. Between them, they have 25+ years each in building, construction, investing, property management, buying and selling expertise. They are both wives and moms who spent extensive time volunteering in leadership roles throughout their children’s educational years in Plano ISD and the DFW Community. Cindy and Titia are active members in their respective Church Communities. They are both avid fitness enthusiasts and are dedicated to their health and wellness.
Recognizing that they have mutual relationships and connections, it became apparent that joining together as a team would be beneficial to grow in the industry. They always support each other's businesses and treat their clients in the same manner. They feel that they are even better TOGETHER.
