Joan Caffrey
For 11 years Joan was a professional in the Mortgage
Industry before transitioning over to Real Estate as
a full time realtor. Becoming a real estate agent has
allowed Joan to combine her skills from both the back
end mortgage loan process to the front end of the real
estate transaction process.
She has been able to guide her buyers and sellers step
by step through the entire transaction with complete
knowledge of what to expect next and how to navigate
a challenging real estate market.
Living in Newport for the past 25 years, Joan has keen
market insight into the housing trends of Aquidneck
Island and the surrounding areas. Joan operates her
