I really specialize in helping first-time home buyers more than anything. Families relocating with the military are the most common reason for home-buying or selling in the Hampton Roads area. It is important for each client to feel assured that I will meet their needs, especially if they are relocating to an unfamiliar area. I want to meet and exceed their expectations in buying or selling a home! I enjoy educating and assisting each of my clients through every step of the process. It gives me great pleasure seeing the excitement in their faces when they first see the house that they know is THE one and will be able to call home! From that point forward I work diligently to get the deal done and closed quickly and smoothly as possible so I can get my new homebuyer the keys to their new home!
In addition to specializing with my buyers, it is also important to me to give the best guidance and service to my sellers. If you're looking to sell your home, my last 6 listings were under contract in less than 50 days!
