Christopher Cioffi is the epitome of No Nonsense. No Nonsense is not just a catchphrase or how he runs his real estate brokerage; it is how he lives his life on a 24/7 basis. Back in 2010 when most were getting out of the Real Estate industry due to the downturn, he identified an immediate need for a true “No Nonsense” approach to Real Estate & opened up No Nonsense Real Estate P.A. The rest is history.
Growing up as the son of a New York City Police Officer, Christopher learned at a very young age that success was a result of honest hard work and dedication. At the age of 18, he successfully invested in his first real estate property and he never looked back. His traditional values ensure he is always looking out for his clients best interests as he measures his personal success only by the amount which he has helped his clients achieve success.
Christopher has always been a top performer in the Florida Real Estate market. He is a multiple-year recipient of the prestigious Five Star Real Estate Agent Award by Five Star Professional. These awards are in recognition for a level of excellence achieved by fewer than 7 percent of the real estate agents in Florida. It is one of the rare awards based solely on actual consumer feedback, which he is very proud of. Considering there are over 200,000 licensed Real Estate agents in Florida, this was quite a feat, which has further motivated him to continue to dedicate himself to truly being the best the industry has to offer.
He has received a National Association of Realtors Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification and has excelled in this arena. Over the last several years Christopher has bought and sold hundreds of distressed homes, which were then luxury renovated and sold for strong profits. He has built a proven track record in the SWFL area with his coined “No Nonsense Luxury Transformations.” Not only has he done this with his investment partners, but he has also assisted many small to large-scale investors as well in building strong real estate portfolios. Simply put he is not your ordinary real estate agent. He is far from it.
Christopher brings an innovative “No Nonsense” investment approach to all aspects of real estate from traditional family home purchases, to second homes, bank foreclosures, and short sales, to name just a few. As a home, for many is their most expensive purchase, he is sensitive to this & always ensures his clients are fully educated before making a decision.
