Margherite grew up in New York and moved to Florida in 2008. After living in seven states she settled in South Carolina for 20 years of which 10 years were spent listing and selling Real Estate. Her specialities were relocation, new construction and working with first time homebuyers. She appreciates the challenges of moving and relocating state to state or just a few blocks down the road. She believes buying and selling a house is stressful enough and it helps to have a professional guiding you through the process. Her large referral base and knowledge of Real Estate is a benefit to any potential buyer or seller in Northeast Florida.
Margherite is the mother of two grown daughters. Her loves include tennis, gardening and her daughters and her granddaughter. She values this award among all others since it comes from her satisfied customers.
