Ann Marie Skunda
In 1997 my family and I made our home in Wimberley. We absolutely fell in love with it and purchased "Our Piece of Heaven". I have always had a desire for real estate. In 2005 I became licensed. With my background in fiance I knew it was the right fit for me. I defiantly found my passion.
My personality is a perfect match for real estate. I am extremely social and love getting to know my clients personally. I am very structured and detailed oriented; I won't let anything fall through the cracks. I am very knowledgeable and experienced in the local market. I will go above and beyond to provide a stress-free experience for my client's whether they are buying or selling a home. When I am not assisting in the sale of homes, you will find me oudoors tending to my garden or spending time with my dog. On hot summer days I enjoy spending time at the river or having friends by the pool. Of course my most favorite passtime is spending time with my family, especially my 4 grandchildren who are the loves of my life.

We cannot say enough about Ann Marie. She was extremely patient with us in finding just the right home for us. She drove us around in March for three days and we viewed several properties. We liked a new house and decided to place a bid on it. We were not in Texas but Ann Marie took over and made certain that we would be pleased with the house we wanted. It was not to be. The home inspection revealed many faults in that home and Ann Marie strongly urged us against buying it. We were disappointed but at her urging decided to cancel that contract.
She assured us that our home would become available. This took our sister and brother-in-law on several more jaunts because we saw other properties on line. Ann Marie found out that our home was going to come on the market and made an appointment to view it. There were several other interested buyers for that home. Again, Ann Marie advised us and we made a bid which was accepted. The home inspector found several deficiencies in this house also. Ann Marie negotiated a better price after we submitted the contract and continued to work with us to give us information about our move. She hired people to do work in our home and continues to give advice. We are very thankful that we will have a continuing relationship with her.
