My career began in real estate while I was achieving my bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine. I recieved my real estate salespersons license in 1984 and my brokers license in 1996. My profession began as an aquisition specialist in the syndication of apartment buildings in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange Counties wherein the firm aquired over 2,000 units. I transitioned into residental real estate sales in the early 1990's and have sold everything from single family homes and estates, condominiums, new construction, ranches, land, investment properties and commercial. I opened my own brokerage firm, Gallery Properties in 2002 which included a property management division. I then sold my company to Coldwell Banker in 2019 and have ranked in the top 10 ever since.
