I serve homebuyers in Dallas- primarily Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Oaklawn and surrounding areas. I have the ability to originate mortgages throughout Texas and Guaranteed Rate has the ability to originate in all 50 states.
We have extremely competitive rates with in house Jumbo financing. Non-Warrantable Financing, New Construction Condominium financing, Condotels, Physician Loans and a diversified portfolio of lenders that provide loan solutions for borrowers who may not have traditional loan scenarios.

I have been awarded Top Producer at LegacyTexas for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017- most recently reaching $54mm in volume with 128 units.
