We were looking for such a “unicorn house” in a horrible seller’s market, and even after whole-heartedly listening to our numerous needs/wants, Allison still took us on and she never, not once, made us feel like we were being unreasonable or needed to settle. On the day of closing, we arrived excitedly to the house and the lawn still hadn’t been mowed in a while, and before I could even say anything Allison had contacted a lawn care service and generously covered the expense. And even after we closed on the house, at which point any real estate agent might sign off and call it a day, Allison has kept the same level of availability and responsiveness to help us ask the seller questions about the home that come up, or to give us recommendations for contractors (a month after closing now, all of which have been wonderful recommendations). Just talking to her once, you can hear her smile and hear just how much she loves what she does.
