The daughter of two Scripps Ranch REALTORS®, it seems like fate that Lisa Susca is now working in the same field. “I actually said I would never do it because I saw how hard they had to work,” Lisa shared. “But in my early 30s, I realized that I loved to help people, I liked the idea of running my own business, and I knew that I could obtain as much success as I set my mind to.” After taking the plunge, she’s never looked back. She loves being able to guide families through complex transactions, making huge life changes as stress-free as possible.
Lisa grew up in Scripps Ranch and currently resides there, she’s on the Symphony in the Park committee and volunteers for Girl Scouts, St. Gregory the Great Church, and Neighborhood watch; she knows the community inside and out. She shared that the local real estate market is unique in its lack of inventory. “REALTORS® have to do a lot of networking to connect buyers and sellers in this community,” she explained. “If there is a way to get a deal structured, I will make it happen. I am tenacious and work tirelessly for my clients.” She’s found that building relationships with fellow REALTORS® is just as important as building relationships with clients. She works equally with both buyers and sellers. “I am very versed in dealing with many complexities,
like distressed sales and concurrent closings,” said Lisa. She also prioritizes strategic marketing, adding,
“I create property URLs, have high-quality brochures, and use only the best in photography. I target market, and work towards selling the home, not myself.” Her penchant for problem-solving pays off, and Lisa ends up becoming friends with most clients. Her growing neighborhood network is the biggest reward.
