In both cases, their advice on how to “stage” my home (always using my own furniture and fixtures) helped me to showcase each home in its best light resulting in offers at the first Open House for each. They also kept me from spending money I didn’t need to spend to get my houses ready. What stands out to me in the sales process is that through conversations with prospective buyers, Tim looks to identify which buyers would be right for the particular house he is selling. I was going to be out of town on business so they contacted my pest control company for me and           arranged for the tenting to take place while I was gone. This was a huge help to me and was very much appreciated.
