I have a passion for real estate. I started my career in real estate in Missouri before college while growing up in a real estate family. Both of my parents were Realtors for nearly 50 years. My sister is an active appraiser, and my brother has his broker’s license. I became a Realtor® in Dallas while attending Southern Methodist University.
After college I continued to work in real estate managing a portfolio of properties for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Subsequently, I focused on growing successful early-stage businesses by growing effective teams, delivering high levels of customer service, implementing dynamic marketing programs, and taking a practical process-oriented approach to difficult tasks. Via a business acquisition I ended up in Sarasota and have been a Realtor® in Florida for almost 10 years.
In 2015, I started a team that has grown to one of the top teams in our office for volume and transactions, top 2% of teams in Sarasota/Manatee counties, and top 100 teams for Keller Williams in Florida. This success comes from a caring attitude, hard work, listening and communicating with clients, having a deep understanding of the market, and employing a great team that gets results.
