I provide my clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. This customized analysis includes recent comparable sales that factor into an offer and acceptance strategy.

I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.  
I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), which enables me to assist individuals and families with needs they encounter during the probate process.  I enjoy helping connect them to whatever resources might be of assistance with their greatest needs in the moment, leading up to preparing and selling the real estate that is part of the estate.  Caring and going above and beyond to help people going through a difficult time in their lives is very rewarding and fulfilling. I often am able to assist the heirs in finding their next homes as well.  If you or someone you know are a Personal Representative or Executor, I am happy to assist in any way possible.

I am an interior designer with 27 years of experience renovating homes to live in or update before selling. Now I primarily assist my clients in renovating or repairing or staging prior to listing their homes, and help my buyers envision how to make a new home more “them”.
