I spoke to him (the other tenant) and he talked about how phenomenal Christie was and how he wished his finances worked out so he could buy a place in SF. The SF market is TOUGH, there are tight deadlines, the need for quick responses when a seller wants to counter, the need to tighten offers, sometimes switch lenders, and roll with the punches.
