Hi I’m Tom Santoro. I have been a real estate consultant in Orange County, CA for over 40 years and a Certified Financial Planner™ for over 35 years.
I have assisted clients in the purchase and sale of over 875 homes and apartment buildings during that time by using all the extensive resources at my disposal. Each transaction has taught me one or more lessons that I have been able to use to assist my new clients.
I also specialize in assisting clients with their 1031 exchanges which defer and sometimes eliminate capital gains taxes on their investment property. I also advise clients how to reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes on sale of their principal residences.
While completing my bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate at California State University, Fullerton in 1980, I began working with Professor Donald B. Crane, the founder of our firm. His model of unsurpassed knowledge of real estate and finance, high ethical standards and commitment to his clients has kept me here ever since.
