A Realtor since 2003 and designated broker for Keller Williams’ North Seattle office, Eric complements his real estate expertise with more than 20 years’ prior experience in advertising, marketing, and contract negotiation. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management and Accounting and is a lifetime learner who believes ongoing education is critical in evolving the services he provides to his clients. In this pursuit, he has earned the following professional designations: Designated Broker, Managing Broker, Earth Advantage Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Outside his work with clients and peers, Eric enjoys cycling and volunteering with several Seattle-area nonprofit organizations. He is a longtime supporter of the Pet Partners program, where he and his first West Highland White Terrier, Duke, provided emotional support to terminally ill patients. His newest Westies, Beau and Luna, are future Pet Partners in training.
