Mark Rantis
Years ago, Mark Rantis experienced many challenges when moving his father to a senior living facility. “I saw a huge gap in the real estate world that needed a solution to help families navigate this draining process,” he says. “It has become my mission to be the “New Google” and ‘Easy’ button for families that have to make these moves.” Mark is an exceptional resource in the senior community. He serves on the Board of Directors for both the local Chapter and State level for the Illinois Continuity of Care. The COC is a 501 C3 non profit organization that serves seniors and aging populations. He’s been with the group since 2010 after going through the experience with his father. Now he connects families with every professional and resource they need to help loved ones transition to the next chapter in their lives.
An eight-time recipient of Chicago Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, and a 2022 Top Agent Magazine recipient, Rantis believes the “secret sauce” to the industry comes from truly understanding that he’s there to help others achieve their real estate goals with the help of his knowledge, expertise and systems he has in place. He sold 42 homes in 2021, and has now built his team with a Director of Operations, a Buyers Agent, and a Social Media Manager. The team will exceed 70 units in 2022. Rantis attributes his success to his ability to form and keep relationships, which explains why 98% of his business comes from referrals. With a growth mindset, Rantis is always looking to improve. Rantis has very high standards for himself, and the service his team provides. He also uses the lessons he learned on and off the football field to guide him towards success. “This is a people business. I was always taught by my parents to be honest, and to treat others as I would like to be treated,” Rantis says. “These traits have always propelled me.”
