Barb Pexa knows Eastside Real Estate. A Snoqualmie resident and active property investor, she’s represented buyers and sellers for more than 8 years, sharing her personal experience and knowledge in the region to assure her customers receive the best customer service available.
Barb joined the Keller Williams team after successfully investing in property for several years. She brings her expert experience as a property buyer and seller to her practice, sharing insight, advice, and her wisdom with each customer.
“After I started investing in property and managing my own rental properties, I realize how much I truly enjoyed this industry. I decided to become a realtor so I could share what I’d learned with others. I receive true joy out of going the extra mile to make people happy,” Barb says.
As a part of that extra mile, Barb’s personal services include providing free staging consultations, pre-listing inspections for sellers prior to the property going on the market, Champaign signings and, for buyers, a free housewarming party, fully catered by Issaquah’s Flatiron Grill.
Barb focuses her expertise on residential resales and short sales throughout the I-90 corridor from Bellevue to Snoqualmie. One of the office’s most successful realtors, she’s assisted individuals and families in selling, buying, and investing in the area.
Born and raised in Guam, Barb is the daughter of teachers who traveled abroad to teach and fell in love with the island. A competitive swimmer, Barb represented Guam in the 1992 Olympics for the 100 and 200 meter breast stroke. Barb later studied glass blowing at the University of Hawaii and moved to Seattle in the late 90s to pursue her art. It was here she met her husband, Sean Quinn, who owns the Flat Iron Grill. Barb and Sean have two young children, Jaxon and Teagan.
