***New Construction Purchase: We're first-time buyers and we were looking for a house. Natalya educated us on the process, options and showed a number of houses in desired area. After getting into the contract she helped us a lot in dealing with sellers/builders. She drew up contract in detailed and specific way. And put a LOT of efforts in pushing builders (new construction) and City toward obtaining Permit of occupancy and meeting all the items in the contract.
