I have been the Broker and Owner of B & B Realty for 26 years and a member of the Fresno Association of Realtors for the past 44 years. After selling hundreds of homes in Fresno and Clovis, I am proud to say 98% of my business comes from my past and present clients, their children, friends, and co-workers.
All of them have said it is because they felt complete trust and confidence during every sales transaction we have had together.... they knew I had their best interests in mind…and I would do the same for the “special” person they were referring to me. This was the “goal” I have strived to reach my entire career. Purchasing and selling of real estate involves some of the most important decisions we make in life and I take my responsibilities as a Realtor very seriously. Therefore, I attempt to hear what my clients are saying about their needs and wants. I am straightforward and honest in my dealings with people, and I appreciate those qualities in others. Much of the joy and satisfaction of my daily life comes from associating with people of all ages and backgrounds and seeing the happiness my clients have whether it is buying their first new home or .... selling their home in a slow or hot market as we are experiencing now! Buying a home is somewhat like a relationship, it takes time to find the write “home”, I advise my clients to never be in a hurry make an offer until they are certain it’s the “right” home, since the “right” home is out there and you will know it when you walk into it! This was my objective when I obtained my license at the age 26 and it remains the same today, especially in this 2020 market, where the demand for homes is much greated than the supply, and therfore creating multiple offers and counter offers on homes. Buyers need to be careful not to get caught up in a “bidding war” on a property and remember to: 1) research the neighborhood for nearby Rental properties 2) check the “recent comparable sales” 3) take a second look before making an offers and or a counter offer.
