Melinda Yeary is a local native of Colorado with a Business degree in Marketing/Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver, who chose to be a dedicated Realtor. Interested in helping clients reach their personal goals, while also recognizing their investment potential. Melinda prides herself in being involved in the community and therefore aware of new changes in infrastructure or trends that affect real estate.

Melinda strives to provide the information and guidance that can help a Seller get top dollar for their home and a Buyer make a sound investment as well as a home purchase. As an investor herself, Melinda can share investment strategies and help clients build a portfolio of smart real estate investments to complement their home purchase. 

Helping her clients to successfully negotiate the best price for the purchase or sale of their home is at the heart of the sale as is the ability to completely listen and understand the needs and wishes of the client. Staying diligent in the clients’ search is important, guided by facts and making it interesting is at the core of what Melinda does every day. Advising Sellers on the changes within the home that can bring them top dollar is Melinda's niche and she has assisted many Sellers on making small/large changes which have brought significant value at sale.

By consistently staying in contact and providing information to her clients before, during and after a sale, Melinda helps to fully educate her clients on the trends and the opportunities of real estate, now and in the future. Available to clients, before and after the sale are a mix of weekly email lists of properties and sold information of areas as well as resources for home remodel and maintenance projects.
