OFA is here to help families and individuals during one of their most important and stressful times they will experience. We strongly represent our client’s interests while making their home buying and/or selling experience as enjoyable as possible. We do this by treating you as if we were helping someone from our own family. We treat our clients like they are one of our children or siblings trying to buy their first or second homes, or our parents & grandparents looking for their retirement home or to maximize the amount they receive from the sale of their home. We help celebrate weddings, babies, and birthdays as well as pay our respects during funerals. For us, what we do for a profession, is personal.
We understand that everyone goes through different stages in their lives. Each stage requires different housing needs. We honestly have one of The Best 1st time Home Buyer programs in the state. We are trained and certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as Military Relocation Specialists. Also, we are successful investors that help the first time landlord and a good sounding board for those who are more experienced. We have earned a number of other industry designations because we actively stay abreast of the changing real estate market, including the evolving new construction markets.
