I take great pride in the work that I do and I strive to always deliver top tier customer service, as evidenced by my long-running Five Star Customer Service award. Every customer is treated as if they were going to live right next door! I have built a business I love based on professionalism and experience, with most of my business coming from my past clients.
Before becoming a realtor, I was a residential paralegal for some of the top developers in Illinois, Kennedy Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, and Zale Homes. This is where I honed my expert negotiating skills and executive homes became what I know best, some call it my niche.
Choosing to partner with me you will find that I am different from most agents. I will rely upon factual data over emotion and guesswork. When pricing a home, I do apply Power Pricing principals utilizing Standard and Poor’s, Case-Schiller Home Values Report. You can agree homes are like most other commodities you own, say, gold and silver. I will also look at comparative home sales in your area to determine the absorption rate and track trends. This allows me to market your home in your market place and sell your home for the best price within your timeline.
I partner with you as a seller, I work actively with you to develop a successful marketing plan designed with your market and property in mind. The plan relies upon my years in the business networking with only the top buyer’s agents successful in your area, along with the latest in technology and online marketing. These are just a few.
Partnering with buyers, I listen intently to their needs and goals and carefully select each property search to meet those needs. From condos to castles, I have helped my clients in finding and purchasing their ideal home in Chicago's Northwest Suburbs.
When I am not at work for my clients, I am actively involved with the Barrington Chamber of Commerce. Over the years, my charitable causes have been The Women's Club Of Inverness, a not for profit group designed to provide scholarship funds to families in need along with giving back to the community, WINGS (We In Need Gain Strength), a program that provides aide and safe housing to battered women and their children. That is until my son was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, MS, I now share my charitable efforts between the Women's Club of Inverness, the WINGS program, and Go Orange Race to Erase MS. I do not run, so I do my part with #ShoptoEraseMS. Ask me about my new tee shirt.
Not that you would know it, but I am a proud grandmother of seven grandchildren who enjoys attending hockey games, 2 of the boys play hockey. When the AAA teams have an away game, I watch by live stream. I am always cheering my family on in their sports, one of the girls is in competitive cheerleading and her brother is in football. I also support them with educational achievements, I am so proud. I enjoy family first, am an animal lover and a wine enthusiast. I enjoy good chocolate, gourmet cooking, and entertaining at home.
