I have been selling Real Estate with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors since 2003. As one of the company’s top agents I have successfully settled homes with clients totaling millions of dollars each year helping hundreds of people realize their dreams in buying or selling a home. I’ve proven that I have the skills to fittingly get the job done. With hard work I have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist CRS designation, Certified Negotiation Expert CNE, in addition to the Accredited Buyers Representative ABR and Accredited Sellers Representative ASR certifications. All of these designations require extensive classroom training and demonstration of success with completed sales. These designations demonstrate my commitment to learning the most up-to-date information about my market place and providing the best possible service to my clients. In 2020 I added a New Jersey License to my credentials and have successfully settled several transactions across the river. Prior to my career in Real Estate I had been a successful business owner in my community for over 20 years as the Sole Proprietor of Sculptural Lighting Design. I’ve lived here and know these neighborhoods intimately, I am committed to these communities! I received my Bachelors of Fine Art BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art and my Masters of Fine Art MFA from The Tyler School of Art. Over the years I received many awards for my artwork and have shown my work throughout the US. In addition I taught Sculpture, Glass and Design at the University level for several years. What I bring to my Real Estate career is my keen eye and strong design sense coupled with my fascination with how things are put together and how they work, all valuable tools needed to evaluate homes carefully and prepare them for the market. My relationship with my clients is equally important to me and finding the perfect fit, be it the right home or the great new owner for a beloved family home is critical to me.
