I love selling real estate in Denver! I have been selling real estate in Denver full time since 1996. I started my own company in 1997 because I saw the direction that technology was taking the industry and I wanted to form my own company so that I could provide my clients with a high level of service at a reasonable rate. Over the past years I have built a lengthy list of dedicated clients who refer their friends, coworkers and relatives to me. I have a strong working knowledge of architecure, style and renovation. I love to help my clients find that particular architetural style that they are looking for. I have worked all over Denver and the front range but I specialize in Denver's historic urban neighborhoods. I boought my first home in West Highlands in 1992. It was a charming Victorian starter home. As our family grew and we needed more room, we moved to the Historic Park Hill neighborhood, where we have been revovating and rerenovating our Colonial Craftsman home since 2000. This process has made me very familiar with the ins and outs of renovating a historic home. I can provide valuable information regarding the costs of various renovations and I have am a good resource for skilled labor referrals. I strive every year to improve. I think that education is crutal to success so I take classes every year in real estate and expand my knowledge base so that I can continue to better serve my clients. I primarily work with referrals but I am open to talking to new perspective clients to see if we will be a good fit. I look forward to adding you to my long list of satisfied clients.
