I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Realtor since the year 2000.
I am also an Acredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
My goal has always been helping my clients navigate through the task of buying or selling Real Estate and to make the processes as easy as possible. Over the years I have helped hundreds of people reach their goals whether it is to sell or buy a home, help to go from a current home to a larger or smaller one, buy a second home or rental. In the unfortunate cases where income has declined, I have been able to negotiate a short sale with the mortgage bank in order to sell the property and avoid foreclosure.
