Jeff Kloenne has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes in Colorado over the past twenty years. He is known for his professional considerate service and his ability to gain the trust and confidence of his clients. Jeff attributes his success to the local knowledge of the neighborhoods he works in, his efforts each and every transaction to attain the best price for his customers, and his ability to develop highly creative marketing concepts and campaigns. “I try to be as well-rounded as possible, to know the ins and outs of the industry for the benefit of my clients.”
Kloenne has become an expert in the luxury real estate market, and along with the Pradera and Bell Mountain Ranch neighborhoods of which he was part of the development team, he also specializes in other South Denver neighborhoods such as Castle Pines, Heritage Hills, and The Timbers at the Pinery. He has given a lot of his time to the Home Builder’s Association of Metro Denver and is currently the Education Chairman for that organization’s Sales and Marketing Council. He uses his understanding of construction, merchandising, and marketing to help guide his clients.
Jeff is very focused on his family and charitable pursuits within Denver and Douglas County communities. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife and two girls and in giving back to the community. Jeff also followed his father’s footsteps when he chose a career in real estate. His dad, Jack Kloenne, is the well-respected developer of some of Denver’s most loved communities.
