With an enviable work ethic and a deep commitment to relationships, Audra feels blessed to do what she loves every single day. For nearly two decades, real estate has been an integral part of her life. Intrigued by the industry early on, Audra chose to pursue the field in college and earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Colorado State University and then spent time as a real estate assistant and title/escrow closer. Audra has a thorough knowledge of all the intricacies of a transaction, and with a keen attention to detail, and resourcefulness, she thoughtfully guides her clients through the entire process. Her goal is to help them not only make a smart investment but also end up in a home they truly love.
Motivated by people that are inspirational, helpful, influential and want to better the lives of others, Audra works tirelessly to use her experience and knowledge to do just that. A leader in the field, she is a Denver Metro South Suburbs Certified Market Expert and a SMDRA Diamond Circle Member, equipping her to offer an even greater level of service and expertise to each client. She makes the transaction process understandable, non-threatening, and fun!
A Colorado native from Fort Collins, Audra is married to the love of her life and best friend. In their free time, they love playing with their two boys, spending time with family and friends and throwing summer BBQs and parties. Movies, golf, skiing, and Rockies games are also favorite activities, especially if accompanied by a beer or wine tasting.
With no dream out of reach, Audra hopes to achieve a level of success in her career that will allow her to volunteer more (especially helping animals), utilize her relational skills to bring people together and spend lots of time with family and friends.
