Kristin is born and raised a mid-western girl. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in environmental affairs and management. “Having a love of clothing on a college students’ budget, took a job with The Limited Stores and worked my way up from there.” Kristin’s dedication to hard work eventually led her to FAO Schwarz. She spent ten years selling toys; responsible for over 30M in sales volume, and managing all west coast stores and flagships. “I loved it. After-all, we are all kids at heart. All those years of retail taught me it is not about whether you are selling toys, clothing, or your home. It is always about the people, your relationships, as well as a love for your product. I love Kansas City. I love meeting new clients. I love homes, different lifestyles, and the latest trends in decor and design."
Kristin moved from Las Vegas to the KC metro area in 2004. She and her family have resided in Shawnee KS ever since. She has a daughter at the University of Arkansas, and two boys in high school. I am blessed and grateful to be a part of this community and would be honored to be your agent.
