I also do Community Reinvestment Act Loans (CRA). I have worked successfully with local area nonprofit organizations. These organizations are dedicated to helping individuals and families purchase their own homes, provide education, and grant certificates on completion. They assess eligibility for various grant and down payment assistance programs, of which many we can use with our mortgages. We also have DPA assistance programs of our own.
