Michelle said the online advancements in the real estate process have changed the market for both the seller and buyer, requiring both to be proactive.
“We have checklists for both buyer and seller before, during and after the closing,” said Michelle. “We’ll help find contractors and help negotiate with them. We know reliable landscapers, movers, house cleaners, packers, stagers, photographers and videographers. We take on the roles of Realtor, consultant and even therapist! Our goal is to have our clients as ready to buy or sell as possible. We strive to offer full-service solutions for all contingencies.”
 “What this means for the buyer is that they need to do their online homework and narrow their search before setting foot in any home. Buyers study the professional photos online, walk the home in
a virtual tour, drive by the home, research the neighborhood
and schools, calculate their commute times and look at
public transportation — all before stepping foot into a property. Our buyers are preapproved by a lender and ready to make an offer if all their needs and wants are met,” she explained.

Michelle and LaVonne offer more services than a typical Realtor, all with the idea of easing the stress of their clients.
Michelle and LaVonne’s favorite moment of any transaction is when they are sitting at the closing table and the clients say, “That was so easy, fun, such a great experience.”
“We know we did our job well if they didn’t feel any of the behind-the- scenes heavy lifting,” Michelle said.

AFTER A LIFE OF INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, COLORADO CALLED MICHELLE HOME
Michelle understands relocation on both a national and international level. After traveling to 40-plus countries and living in Japan, Germany and Spain, she relocated from her hometown in Denver to Pittsburgh to work
as an international event planner. In 2008, Michelle returned to Colorado and helped start
the family business, Colorado Living Realty.
