Michelle Jones
My career in sales began when an advertising graphics position evaporated right before the end of college over 25 years ago due to the sale and takeover of an ad agency. From that point, sales became the focus to pay for the love of art and graphics, and is still the case today! With almost 15 years of sales management included inside of 25 years of sales experience with advertising, I apply many transferable skills and life lessons to the field of real estate. Promoting many businesses of various sizes within the challenges of a changing economy has emphasized three main building blocks to mutually profitable partnerships:
1. Focus on matching the product to exceed the clients’ expectations leading to long lasting positive results
2. Provide the BEST in customer service and communication to build relationships into successful long-term partnerships
3. Be INDISPENSABLE to your clients and your team. It only takes a little more effort to go from being GOOD to the VERY BEST!
More than 27 personal moves in life led me to understand the challenges of moving first hand! Fifteen of those moves were as a child, and 11 as an adult; most of those moves with two kids, now grown. The process of moving also led to the fascination of the real estate market, and now I am excited to help others make a smooth move to their next home!
