Sandi Peerman
Thanks for considering me as your Realtor®. Perhaps I should tell you a little something about myself.
First and foremost, I am a very dedicated person and love Texas – specifically San Antonio and surrounding areas. I came to call “SA” home after being born and raised in Austin, then to college in San Marcos, and finally to this special city 20+ years ago.
My life has afforded me many experiences in the education field. First as a high school teacher directing the pep squad, cheerleading and dance team (largest spirit organization in Texas) at the “exemplary status” Clark High School, and then coached the dance team to 3 State Championship Titles. What a wonderful experience it was to work with these young people! Then, at the school district’s request, I went back to my ol’ Alma Mater – Texas State University to work on a Master Degree in Education to be an ADMINISTRATOR.
Besides my formal education, I found a new love in Fashion! I became a professional spokesperson and model talent for over 15 years and have continued to run Fashion Shows, Benefits and Special Events for various stores and malls in several Texas cities.
A bit about my family – I have 2 sons – one has participated in all sports for the past 13 years – so it’s been fun being team mom, coach, and “whatever”. My other son is a special needs son (Autism). He has taught me patience and to value individual needs of family and community. I became very involved in PTA (officer), room mom, and volunteer assistants to Special Ed Teachers.
Finally, my communication skills, education, enthusiasm, and stamina gives me great satisfaction in knowing that I’m giving the most professional guidance thru Real Estate Sales. “Real Estate” to me is not just about the PURCHASE or SALE of a “property”…. it’s about home, people’s needs and desires, and family. I am aware of the many reasons for BUYING and for SELLING. I am highly qualified to make your decision happen – and the process to be a smooth and successful one. So, whether you’re moving in or out of the city; whether purchasing larger or downsizing; whether increasing property portfolio or simplifying and liquidating – I’ll help and guide every step to the finish line! I really enjoy my career. I’ve been a Top Producer every year and have earned 5 designations (see below).
