My best friend passed away unexpectedly a few years ago and my husband and I have been helping her husband navigate his new world. Although he is an American citizen, English is his second language. It was a very difficult decision for him to sell the condo where he & his wife built their home; but it was time. Donna Johnson was the perfect real estate agent to assist in this sale. As my friend's advocate, Donna welcomed my presence, answered our many questions, and she showed patience while I made sure my friend understood the process of selling his home and the paperwork involved. The sale proved to be a difficult transaction partly due to the age of the home, but Donna persevered with her recommendations and connections to needed resources. Donna's expertise proved in her attention to detail; she even caught a last minute detail at closing in favor of her client. I have found Donna Johnson to be honest and trustworthy with her client and I observed that she is well-respected by her contacts. My husband and I have used Donna Johnson as our agent two times in the past. Donna is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of real estate, she also has great connections to help with various items we didn’t realize we needed (for example- AC and Furnace, loan, different inspections and so on and she is very acquainted with St. Louis and the surrounding area. The market was very challenging when we were trying to sell and buy, however given her professionalism, network and always willing to go the extra mile she made the process painless and we were able to find the home we love.

I would have to say that Donna is the epitome of a professional. She not only gets the work done but follows through on all things to be certain they are right. I was dealing with a broker on the other end who I would say wasn't swift on her feet as well as some time constraints and Donna helped get it through in a timely manner. I also needed to have some work done on the condo and she got that together as well. This was my first time buying a place on my own and she certainly lead the way. Donna is the epitome of a true professional. She knows the local market like the back of her hand, and once we told her what we were looking for, she quickly delivered multiple properties for us to look at. From there, it didnâ??t take long for her to find us the perfect home . It was at this point Donnaâ??s skills in negotiation helped us seal the deal quickly in such a hot market. Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Lake Saint Louis, MO.

Donna was the perfect realtor for us! We were moving from out of state so a lot was done over the phone and e-mails. When our house in Illinois sold in 6 days, Donna was very reassuring and helped to calm us down so we could find our new house quickly. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the neighborhoods. She helped me to weed out the houses that weren't as perfect as they sounded on paper so we had the best selection to actually go and tour with our limited time frame. Even after closing, Donna has contacted us to see if we're settling and if we are in need of any recommendations for any work we might need done. If we move again in this area, we would definitely call Donna to help!
