David King has been in the business for more than 25 years. He started his career in the mortgage industry right out of high school, in the secondary market, where he learned the "ins and outs" of selling mortgage-back securities. After spending 13 years in the secondary market, he went to work for the #1 mortgage company in the nation as a mortgage consultant in 2005, where he learned how to originate mortgage loans. David has taken his knowledge of the industry to help first-time home buyers understand the mortgage process from A to Z and help repeat buyers make sound real estate investments to create wealth for a more favorable financial future.
David has served as Pastor, a Deacon, and certified counselor for the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He also is a youth basketball and football coach in the Elk Grove community, and is a member of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. David loves spending time with his wife and seven children, in addition to coaching. He and his family reside in Elk Grove.
