A former New Yorker, she moved to Portland in 2002. Licensed in Oregon and Washington since 2004, she sells real estate in every category from land to single family homes, investment properties, short sales and bank owned. Wendy has helped over 100 families avoid foreclosure by performing a Short Sale. She is a Certified Short Sale Specialist and Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant. She teaches accredited classes to Realtors on how to perform and negotiate Short Sales. She is committed to preventing foreclosure one home at a time.
