A former New Yorker, she moved to Portland in 2002. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, she sells real estate in every category from land to single family homes, investment properties, short sales and bank owned. Wendy has helped over 100 families avoid foreclosure by performing a Short Sale. She is a Certified Short Sale Specialist and Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant. She teaches accredited classes to Realtors on how to perform short sales. She is committed to preventing foreclosure one home at a time.
When she’s not working Wendy is outside fishing, hiking and kayaking….but she is always available at a moment’s notice to anyone in need of help.
