Linda Lang-Bankowski is the owner/broker of The Real Estate Boutique based in North Haven, Connecticut. Originally licensed in 1990, and later earning her broker’s license in 1995. She has successfully represented hundreds of sellers and buyers throughout the state, many of which are repeat and referral clients. She also represents asset management companies in the disposition of their Real Estate Owned Assets. In 2014 she earned her Florida Broker-Associate license. Before embarking as a full-time Realtor, Linda worked in the property-casualty insurance field, and later managed and leased Condominiums, Residential, and Commercial properties throughout the state for local and national owner/developers. These experiences built a solid foundation and a natural trajectory for Linda to become a well-respected Realtor.
Well versed in buying, selling, and investing, Linda knows the market and can guide you throughout the transaction seamlessly, paying attention to details and meeting critical deadlines. Linda strives for a stress-free experience and keeps her clients continually updated throughout the transaction.
