Shannon loves helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams. She believes what Teddy Roosevelt said, “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” Whether it's working with a first-time homebuyer, repeat homebuyer, sellers, renters, or relocation needs; she believes each person's needs and values are different and is driven to help people through a customized approach.
Shannon grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Throughout her career, Shannon has built a strong network of people for about every need from personal to business, her friends and family often call her a walking Rolodex. She is also experienced in social media marketing and keeps up to date with the latest trends in technology.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, two teen children, crafting, reading, and gardening. Her son is involved in the JROTC and Robotics team at his high school, and her daughter occasionally volunteers for Habitat for Humanity with her school and she attends the Joey Travolta Film Camp every summer. Her family is also very active in the Autism community.
As a full-time agent, Shannon believes in continually educating herself to stay on top of all the ongoing changes in the real estate industry. In addition to obtaining the Accredited Buyers Representative designation, Shannon has also earned the At Home With Diversity certificate. This designation helps her to stay educated on how to best serve clients from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, but also physical and intellectual disabilities as well.
