I am a full service, Seattle real estate broker who loves helping people get into homes they are excited about!. I enjoy home design + art + nature + community + learning. My partner Barbara Shikiar and I work hard to represent our clients with honesty and professionalism. Our goal is always the long term relationship not the short term gain. We communicate the process and contracts, interpret market statistics, stay in touch with industry colleagues to gain insights to help in negotiations and stay on top of housing trends. Together we look out for the best interests of our clients by collaborating our ideas.
I have called Seattle home since I was 4 yrs old. I was educated in the public school system, attended the University of Washington and have lived and worked in Seattle since then. I've lived in Shoreline, Madison Park, Magnolia, the University District and now NE Seattle. I have history in the hospitality business and I still enjoy keeping my pulse on the Seattle dining scene. I love seeing what's new in home design and now as the mom to 3 active kids, I can tell you where nearly every soccer field, community center and grocery store in the area are too. Additionally, I am married to a general contractor so I have a lot of knowledge about building construction which is very helpful during inspections and negotiations. I have a strong interest in sustainable living and am GREEN certified from the National Realtors Association. I know a lot about this wonderful city and I am happy to share what I know with you!
