Rob views his interactions with clients as more than transactions revolving around a property. He devotes time into building and maintaining relationships to truly offer a higher level of service and a thoughtfully considered approach to achieving each client’s unique goal. Understanding that real estate transactions are complicated and often stressful, his no-pressure, hands-on approach has enabled him to build long-term relationships and a large network of referral clients. Rob has a reputation for his strong work ethic and patience throughout the process while keeping his clients informed every step of the way.
Beginning his real estate career in 2000, Rob worked for a development firm with a concentration on condominium conversions and single family new construction. In 2002, he directed his focus to the residential sales market and began building his network of clients and industry partners. Over 20 years later, Rob’s expertise extends to condominiums, townhomes, 2 or 3 flats, multi-family, single family, and bank owned real estate. He works with sellers, buyers, investors, asset managers and developers throughout the greater Chicago area, but specializes in Lakeview and the Blaine School neighborhood.
Before real estate, Rob worked for the Boy Scouts of America in Chicago recruiting and training volunteers to better the scouting movement. His equal respect and treatment of everyone he crosses paths with is a testament to his unique ability to connect and build lasting partnerships.
Rob was raised in Indianapolis, IN and graduated from Denison University in Ohio. He has lived in Chicago since 1993 enjoying city life in Lincoln Park, Old Town and currently in Lakeview just north of Wrigley Field. Rob is married with 3 children. His youngest daughter attends Blaine Elementary, middle daughter is at Lane Tech HS and his son attends Indiana University. He volunteers for the local Scouting movement and Troop 865 at St. Benedict church and for Denison University helping with the alumni reunion committee. He is a member of the of the National Eagle Scout Association. He enjoys playing basketball, golf, hiking and camping.
