Vanessa specializes in Oak Park real estate, her other areas of concentration locally include Forest Park and River Forest. Vanessa is comfortable with every price point and type of home in the villages including condos, single family homes and new construction. -Retained by Hughes Development Co. to market the Village Walk Townhomes, a new construction development of six custom town homes in central Oak Park. All townhomes were sold in a reasonable time frame, despite a the stalling of the housing market.
-A certified member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (CLHMS), Vanessa has represented both buyers and sellers of high end homes in the Oak Park market, including two historic renovations in the estate section.

Vanessa and her husband David moved to Oak Park in 1984, raising three now-adult children here, and calling it home ever since. Vanessa's past professional experience includes owning and managing Del's Italian Ice in Oak Park, which distributed a unique frozen beverage to over 50 area venues including Ravinia and Lincoln Park Zoo. A dedicated resident and supporter of Oak Park, Vanessa has logged numerous volunteer hours serving local organizations, especially local schools. Her duties included presiding over both the Oak Park River Forest High School PTOand the Julian Middle School PTO and chairing the high school's Citizens Council.
