I was a little nervous about selling my condo as it wasn't a standard property. Amy walked me through every step of the process. Her initial market research made all the difference. There were no other recently sold condos that matched the property but she was able to find a selling price that had buyers coming to showings in droves. Amy would contact realtors who had showings to get feedback and would get me as much information as possible about each offer so that I could pick the right buyer. When it was all said and done the condo sold a great price and Amy found a perfect buyer for my non-standard condo.
