A little bit about us…
Alice Levas
Broker Associate
I have been in the real estate business for almost 40 years. I have seen the market in good times and in bad times so I am able to use my extensive experience when working with both buyers and sellers. My daughter joined me in the busy market of 2006 and we have been partners ever since. She has enhanced my business in many ways and I am very blessed to have her as a partner.
I have called Medford my home for the past 43 years after growing up in New York City. I graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, NY and then attended Burlington County College after moving to New Jersey.
Working with buyers and sellers in Burlington and Camden counties has been my main focus in building my business. The majority of our business is strictly from referrals so it is extremely important to build trust and have communication with each and every client.
Some of my interests include, environmental issues, reading, biking, going to the gym, being on the sidelines of my grandchildren’s sporting events, watching HGTV and taking long walks around my beautiful neighborhood.
I have 3 amazing children and 5 very special grandchildren.
Andrea Levas

I have been in the real estate business for about 15 years. I have been in sales for almost 30 years and love working with buyers and sellers. Having my mom’s experience to support our business has been invaluable. She brings with her many years of experiencing almost every aspect of what goes on in this industry and has the knowledge to make the process a smooth one.
I grew up in Medford where I attended Shawnee High School and then moved on to graduate from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. I eventually partnered in my own automobile leasing company until joining my mom in 2006 to sell real estate. It has truly been one of the most fulfilling industries I have worked in.
Some of my interests include watching my daughter play lacrosse at TCNJ, playing tennis, jogging and watching HGTV (runs in the family). I now reside in Shamong where I have lived for 21 years. I was very active in our education system volunteering and also enjoyed coaching various sports as my kids were growing up.
I have 2 children who are now in college.
