Shannon is a native to the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. She grew up in Manatee County, completed a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of South Florida and later moved to Venice to raise her family. She not only provides you with knowledge and history of the area, she welcomes you with her traditional southern hospitality.
Shannon offers extensive experience in Sales and Marketing. She started her twelve year career in the Senior Housing Industry as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Shannon received multiple awards on the corporate level and maintained a reputation as an expert with new construction, start-up and existing properties.
Shannon became the Director of Sales and Marketing for new residential homes and condominiums for the Developer at St. Andrews East at The Plantation Golf & Country Club, where she remained until the end of the project. During her 8 years selling new construction she gained a comprehensive understanding of the building process that makes her a great asset when purchasing new or existing homes.
